SWING INTO SPRING KETTLEBELL TRAINER’S CHALLENGE
Monday, Mar 17 - Friday, Mar 21
 6-8 am, 11 am-1 pm, 2-6 pm


Challenge your muscular endurance with this challenge.  Each participant with perform 200 Kettlebell swings in one session.  You are allowed to take a rest in-between sets of swings, but are not allowed to place the Kettlebell on the ground.  Males (<154 lbs) 
20 kg and (>155 lbs.) 24 kg, females (<125 lbs.) 12 kg and (>126)16 kg.  Prizes to top male/female participant in each weight category.
